Our professional team based at our HQ in East Kilbride are completely dedicated to the provision of a safe, efficient, timeous and cost effective service. The bulk of our current commitments originate in the telecoms environment, consequently we need to be flexible, reactive and progressive. We have long standing excellent relationships with Local Authorities all over the UK and Ireland and we pride ourselves in the quality of our submissions and our engagement with local government personnel.
All of our office based professional staff were handpicked from the industry and our supervisors, lead men and operatives all come highly qualified and experienced. We pay the most competitive rates to ensure that we can attract the best in the business to deliver the best in the business. All of our personnel are inducted into the group prior to deployment, in addition to the usual HR and health and safety elements this also includes a full days first aid course and a satisfactory disclosure Scotland check.
Every 4 months we stand down all personnel for a full day at the weekend to focus on Health & Safety. We go over areas where we are performing well and areas where we may wish to improve. Toolbox talks are delivered as necessary and it gives our operational personnel to voice any concerns or suggestions to improve our service delivery, our overall safety or even our revenue.
